In continuation of the capital expansion and changes in the ownership circle, that took place just before Christmas last year, Linatech A\/S is entitled to change the accounting period, to match the accounting period of the majority shareholder.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors has therefore decided to implement this change in prolongation of the existing accounting period, and consequently the financial close will be postponed from 30.04.2023 until 30.09.2023. Thereby the existing accounting period will be 17 months, from 01.05.2022 until 30.09.2023, and ahead the financial period will be 01.10 until 30.09.<\/p>\n
